We take pride in providing a family friendly atmosphere, offering classes for adults, teens and children. We welcome anyone who wants to learn Karate or take part in one of our fitness programs, from beginners to those who simply wish to improve and develop their current skills to a much higher level.
Our facility is located at 107 E. Fast Avenue in Mackinaw Illinois, across from the Area Buyer's Guide. It features a 1,500 square foot training area, specifically designed to minimize shock and absorb high impact on bones and joints. Complete with Group Cross Training Fitness equipment and a viewing area available for guests and family members who want to observe classes.
